How to Become a Sponsor
Annual contributions in one or more of the following areas:
- Gift of $10,000 or more to the Center
- Gift(s) to CMET faculty totaling $25,000
- Gifts-in-kind of $25,000
- Graduate student fellowship
- Research contract with direct costs of $50,000
Benefits of Sponsorship
- Participation in cutting-edge research
- Interactions with industrial colleagues and CMET faculty with similar interests and problems
- Membership in the CMET Advisory Board, which helps set the direction of future research in the Center
- Participation in periodic research review meetings
- Copies of all theses as completed
- Choice of any (or all) preprints and reprints published by CMET faculty
- Copies of monographs prior to publication
- Tuition-free participation for one individual in on-campus short courses offered by the Center. Possible topics include thermodynamics, separation sciences, colloid science, computational chemistry, and other topics suggested by the CMET Advisory Board.
- Selected software developed by CMET research staff
- Priority access to fee-based use of Center facilities
- Priority access to CMET faculty and research staff for consulting and cooperative research
