Metran Software

METRAN is a state-of-the-art software for the analysis of metabolic fluxes and biochemical network behavior via metabolite balances, stable-isotope labeling experiments and isotopomer measurements. METRAN is based on the Elementary Metabolite Units (EMU) concept developed by Prof. Antoniewicz.
